Technical role

When separately contracted, PlanSurg may provide planning, design, file preparation, workflow, documentation, training, quality, and operational support within the agreed scope. Responsibilities and approvals are defined for each engagement. Nothing on this website expands or replaces those written terms.

Manufacturing

Manufacturing responsibilities remain with the qualified laboratory, manufacturer, hospital program, or other party defined for the engagement. PlanSurg does not manufacture implants or custom plates.

No case submission

The public website and ordinary email are not approved for patient information, medical images, clinical records, DICOM, STL case files, or other protected health information. A general inquiry is not case submission, onboarding, acceptance, or approval.

References to software or technology describe potential workflow environments. They do not imply partnership, endorsement, certification, regulatory status, universal availability, or suitability for every case.
