This notice explains how PlanSurg LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on its public website.

Essential technologies

The website or hosting environment may use technologies needed to deliver pages, maintain security, remember a privacy choice, prevent abuse, or support basic operation. These technologies are not used to receive clinical files or patient information.

Google Analytics

When enabled, Google Analytics helps us understand general website usage, including pages visited, referral sources, approximate location, device and browser characteristics, and interactions with the site. We do not configure Analytics to receive contact-form field values, names, work email addresses, patient information, or case files.

Your choices

Where consent is required, optional Analytics will remain disabled until you choose to allow it. A visitor must be able to decline optional Analytics and change a prior choice. Browser settings may also allow you to block or remove cookies, although doing so can affect site functions.

Current implementation

The website stores a cookie to remember your privacy choice. Google Analytics is not loaded unless you select “Accept cookies.” You can change that choice at any time through the “Cookie choices” link in the website footer.
